If you watch much television, you've heard of Lost. Leadership skills like those possessed by Dr. Jack Shephard are highly valued in the workplace, as well as on deserted tropical islands. Natural born leaders can unite and inspire people, and they are by far the best candidates to earn a Bachelor of Business in Management.
Business in Action
Instead of learning survival skills like Jack, you'll learn the basics of business while earning your online degree in management. You'll learn the answers to questions like: How are businesses structured? What kind of impact can proper management make? How can you use and develop your management skills?
Management Needed
In every career, managerial skills are among the most prized. A good manager can unite a group, inspire and motivate individuals and groups, and carry out complicated tasks. A good manager knows how to ration work and responsibilities so that no one on their team feels slighted.
